Haven OT provides Occupational Therapy to NDIS participants who are plan-managed and self-managed in the Perth Metro area.

North of the River

Haven has capacity to support Adult NDIS participants North of the River with:  

  • Ongoing Occupational Therapy

  • Functional Capacity Assessments (1 week turnaround)

  • Assistive Technology Assessments

  • Home Modifications Assessments

South of the River

Haven has capacity to support Adult NDIS participants, South of the River (as far as Mandurah), with:

  • Functional Capacity Assessments

  • Assistive Technology Assessments

  • Home Modification Assessments

  • Specialist Disability Accommodation Assessments

This Wednesday evening, Yappara House hosted a transdisciplinary training session led by speech pathologist Ruyi Tong from RT Speech and Hearing and occupational therapist Seb Della Maddalena from Haven. Staff came together after hours to deepen their understanding of how to support communication, sensory processing needs, and play.
