This Christmas, we’re giving back with Haven Hampers!
We are always thinking about how we can give back to the community, and we hear over and over how valuable input is from Allied Health professionals. We’re thrilled to join forces with Ruyi from RT Speech and Hearing to offer what we’re calling a “Haven Hamper.”
What’s in the Hamper?
A joint session with Haven Occupational Therapist Seb and RT Speech and Hearing Speech Pathologist Dr Ruyi Tong.
A brief summary report detailing observations, strategies, and funding recommendations as relevant
Two hampers available: one for a child and one for an adult
Valued at $1,500, including a 60-90 minute joint occupational therapy and speech pathology home visit (within Perth metro or Mandurah areas, or online for regional participants)
Who can Benefit?
Anyone can be nominated for a Hamper. If you know someone who might benefit, please share this with your network—whether they are trying to demonstrate eligibility for the NDIS or urgently need supporting evidence of their changing circumstances.
How to get a Hamper?
It’s simple! Just complete the form to Express Interest and the successful applicants will be announced the week before Christmas, so make sure your Expression of Interest is in before the 20th of December.
